Pineview was very great to work with. Everything went very smoothly. They communicated with us to keep us informed. They were proactive and prompt. Many people at the viewing said they had never seen as good a job done as they did with the body of our loved one. I highly recommend Pineview.

Our mother had already bought her funeral package years ago which was very helpful to us. When she passed Gabe took the reins and walked us through every aspect of this process. He was a great help and was always available immediately when we had questions or concerns. Jo, the office manager was also fantastic and so very helpful. Thank you Gabe, Jo and Pine View Mortuary for being so awesome and helpful during this difficult time.

The passing of a loved one is never an easy process but I feel like the people at Pine View Mortuary treated us with respect and patience as we tried to make decisions. I called back several times with additional questions I hadn't previously thought about and each time they answered my concerns and helped me feel good about the decisions we were making. They allowed us time to discuss and decide things and did not rush us. Mark was very good at presenting us with different options but was sensitive to allow us time to process what was best for us. The day of the service went smoothly and they had everything set up on time when we arrived so we could feel peaceful and gather as a family. I was very happy with our experience. They made a hard day easier.

They were caring and patient with me as I worked out the arrangements for my mother's cremation. They allowed me to purchase my own box for her ashes, which was more affordable for my budget. They were great to work with.

Pinevuew Mortuary was absolutely fabulous to work with. The staff is compassionate, kind and capable. They were "right there" with the information or with the help we needed. They are great listeners too... Special needs we're always meet with a "yes, we can't do that". I highly recommend Pineview Mortuary.
